    Yes, we have a 4-hour minimum per visit to ensure meaningful care and reduce caregiver turnover.

    Yes, all Caregivers complete onboarding training and have access to ongoing in-person and online education. We are the only local agency offering in-person skills labs quarterly.

  • What if my needs change over time?
    We’re flexible! Whether you need more help, less, or a shift in focus, our Care Team will adjust your care plan accordingly.

  • Can you drive clients to appointments?
    Yes, caregivers can provide transportation in their own vehicles or accompany clients using other modes of transport.

  • Do you offer overnight care?
    We do offer extended shifts and can discuss overnight care based on availability and specific needs.
